What are the effects of upgrading my staff members with skill, empathy and dedication?

● Skill:  
Increases the amount of cash you can earn from missions and from completed work when this particular staff member is placed in a department. 

● Empathy:
Decreases the time needed to complete assignments while also decreasing the time required to acquire new patients, discharge them, or to collect money after treating them, but it depends on which department the staff member is assigned to.

● Dedication:
Increases the maximum capacity of stamina, which allows them to be placed in departments for longer periods of time without needing rest, or increases their ability to complete more assignments in a row.
