What consumables are there and what do they do?

PR Campaign: Buying this will increase the reputation you earn from surgeries by 50%.
Training Cards: These cards can be used to upgrade your staff’s skill, empathy, and dedication.
Coffee, Energy Drinks, and Modafinil Pills: These can all be used to restore different amounts of stamina to your staff.
