Can I rewatch the tutorials?

Yes, when you are in the Hospital Overview screen, go to the bottom, left button and press it. Then press the “i” button. On the right side of the screen, you will now see a button labeled "Tutorials." Pressing this button will display a list with all the tutorials you've already viewed.
